UNIT 2: OPERATIONS CORE
STATUS:
INSTRUCTOR: Dr. Ada, Lead Scientist 👩🔬
Welcome back, Junior Scientist!
In Unit 1, we learned how to read and enter data into the system. We learned about Place Value and the Power of 10.
Now, in Unit 2, we are going to process that data.
Think of your brain like a computer's CPU (Central Processing Unit). A computer is powerful because it can do four things incredibly fast:
Add huge numbers.
Subtract huge numbers.
Multiply huge batches.
Divide massive piles.
We call these the Operations Core. If you master these four protocols, you can solve almost any problem the universe throws at you.
Ready to upgrade your processor speed? Let's begin.
