"On-market" deals are properties listed publicly for sale on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which feeds sites like Zillow and Realtor.com. This is where most investors start. The key is to work with an investor-focused agent. When you first speak with an agent, send them your Buy Box. This immediately signals that you are a serious, organized investor who won't waste their time. An agent is much more likely to prioritize a client who knows exactly what they want.
