Learn the vocabulary of film first: la película (movie), el estreno (premiere/release), el guion (script), el rodaje (filming/shoot), la banda sonora (soundtrack), el/la protagonista (main character), and la taquilla (box office). For television, la serie (series) and el capítulo (episode) are essential, and subtitulado means subtitled while doblado means dubbed.
