Assessment Guide: Presenting Music

What this task is

Presenting music is the externally assessed component in which you share realized music with an audience, working primarily as a performer and creator. You present a collection of your solo performing and your creating (composing, arranging, improvising, and/or producing), developed over the course, together with a short program note that frames the music for the listener. It is the component where the work you have done across research, experimenting, performing, and producing is brought to a presentable, communicative standard.
