The formal reflective process is structured around three conversations with your supervisor, held at different stages of the project and captured in writing on the RPPF. Understanding what each session is for helps you use them well and produce reflections that show genuine development. This lesson walks through the three sessions and their purposes.
The reflective process consists of three scheduled reflection sessions with your supervisor: an early one near the start, an interim one partway through, and a final one after the essay is essentially complete. After each, you write a short reflection on the form. Together the three written reflections have a combined word limit of around 500 words, so each entry is brief and must be focused.
